"I have recently shifted in Amrapali Kingswood. This is a big society with lesser occupants as of now. The FMS and security is not up to the mark, needs many improvements. The in house market is good, you can get everyday household items within the premises. The location is also good but there is chaos during evening due to Shahberi and crossing republic."

"After living for around 6 months and repeatedly being told by the landlord and maintenance personnel that the situation would improve in few months, I conclude that this is the worst society to live. Let me illustrate the same in points: Pros: 1. Big park which I think only this society is having 2. Blue Sapphire view Cons: 1. Frequent traffic 2. Unnecessary Power cut although we are paying DG fix charge 3. Even most basic thing which is water is not supplied properly. Sometimes they will make excuse that Motor is not working, sometimes Boring well has gone down, etc. etc. 4. Parking area so dirty that you cannot manage without getting car and bike cleaned everyday. 5. No Security. Any one can enter the society without proper security check. There are times, when beggar has also arrived and knocked our house which is on 11th Floor and god knows whether he was a beggar or a thief. 6. No Cameras in the Lift. 7. No cameras on the floor 8. No proper parking. Anyone parks anywhere. People many a times will park behind your car leaving no space to take your car out. 9. Most of the times security personnel is not there near the lift as well and when they are there, they don't even ask who is going where. 10. Gas pipeline is not there. We are just being told from last 5 months that it will be installed in 15-20 days."

"Don't get L7-704 flat pagal owner didn't give my security back rude towards me being bachorer tenant never picked up her phone. Useless owner bakwas society too much noise, no camera in lift, dogs shit everywhere."

"Worst society to live in no Maintainance . Security staff are goons keeps fighting with tenants and owner . More than half of the time there is no electricity at all . Lifts stops no one comes for help . Owners only need money specially owner of J block."
